In providing services, Typecast shall use reasonable efforts to perform them accurately and responsibly. In the unlikely event that Typecast makes any error in writing or editing, we will, entirely at our option, correct it (at no additional cost) OR issue you an appropriate credit or refund, in an amount reasonably consistent with the nature and scope of the error. Under no circumstance or theory of law shall Typecast’s liability exceed the total amount paid for the services.
Other than the limited warranty described above, other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly excluded and disclaimed.
Under no circumstances shall Typecast be liable to clients or other parties for lost profits, missed opportunities, or any incidental, special, or consequential damages irrespective of the theory under which such action is brought, whether it was caused or allegedly caused by the negligence of Typecast, or whether or not Typecast is aware or advised of the possibility of such.
